Algomine

Algomine was hired by Eurocash Spółka Akcyjna, a wholesale distribution and retail company, to build AI-powered price elasticity models for various pricing strategies. The team of 2-5 employees developed models that generated pricing propositions for specified goods with regard to specific clients and chosen strategies. The models also allowed for control of minimum and maximum prices, definition of business and system factors, and were scalable for a growing volume of goods. The project also included monitoring sales results and assessing model effectiveness through BI reports. The company chose Algomine for their great culture fit, good value for cost, and a referral.

In another project, Algomine was contracted by Warta, an insurance and reinsurance service provider, to optimize their pricing process and use of available data for risk assessment. A team of 5-7 employees from Algomine was tasked with building an analytical environment with a Data Science module. This included architecture design, tool selection, implementation, and integration with existing systems. They also implemented a full BI environment and data governance practices. Algomine trained the Data Science Team to use the delivered solutions and continued to provide maintenance and support services.
