AlephoraX

AlephoraX was hired by StoreQuickX, a global e-commerce solutions provider, to develop a comprehensive e-commerce SaaS system. The platform, designed to assist D2C brands, SMEs, and online sellers, allows businesses to operate a fully functional e-commerce backend without the need for multiple tools or integrations. Key deliverables included modules for categories, products, sales, orders, inventory, courier services, customer relations, customer profiles, shop profiles, staff management, fake order detection, incomplete order tracking, and notifications. The system, built using JavaScript, Laravel Blade, and MySQL, also features a unified seller dashboard, real-time analytics, marketplace and logistics integrations, a mobile-friendly interface, and multi-language and multi-currency support. AlephoraX also provided training and onboarding, regular platform updates, and 24/7 technical support. The project was completed with a team of 2-5 employees and was chosen for its cost-effectiveness. The result was a fully functional SaaS e-commerce portal with active modules as per the subscribed plan, marketplace, courier, and CRM integrations, and monthly performance and usage reports.
