Alekseon

Alekseon was hired by a luxury jewelry company based in London for the revamp of their e-commerce website. The company, unable to hire in-house developers due to its size, sought Alekseon's expertise in Magento 2 open source, a factor that played a significant role in their selection. Alekseon was provided with a functionality grid outlining desired website functionalities and integrations, upon which they were tasked to develop a budget and timeline. A team of four, including an e-commerce director and senior e-commerce manager, worked dedicatedly on the project, also receiving support from logistics and IT teams when necessary.

In another project, Alekseon was contracted by a luxury lifestyle brand, Charlotte Olympia, to enhance their newsletter construction and design. The brand needed to reduce the construction time of their newsletters by utilizing a drag and drop system and wanted to improve their design by creating a new fully customized template. Alekseon was chosen for the project due to their high ratings, budget-friendly pricing, and alignment with the brand's culture and values. The scope of work included delivering new, easy-to-use newsletter templates that reflect the brand's image and training the team to use these templates independently.
