Alchemative

Alchemative was hired by NDURE, Pakistan's largest shoe brand, to address the challenge of connecting their internal inventory management software, MS AX Dynamics, with Shopify. This required a middle layer to manage inventories and order management from various shops and warehouses simultaneously. Alchemative, being the only Shopify Plus Partners in the region, was recommended by a logistic partner and was selected due to their ability to deliver within tight deadlines. The project involved real-time inventory syncing, price push, and order fulfillment between Shopify and MS AX Dynamics. A team of six individuals from technical and business backgrounds, including the CTO and Director E-com, were involved in the project.

For a retail fashion brand, Alchemative was tasked with modifying their website to provide a hassle-free user experience. The vendor was chosen based on their past projects and cost estimates. The goal was to create a user-friendly website where customers could view everything with a few clicks. A team of three, including a project manager and two backend developers, worked on the project.
