Alcero was contracted by TOBEQ, a wholesale automotive tools and equipment company based in Montreal, to provide ERP consulting services. The goal was to find the most suitable ERP solution for TOBEQ's business needs and budget. Alcero began the project with a discovery meeting to understand TOBEQ's needs. They then provided a strategic plan and timeline for finding the best ERP vendor. Alcero also created a score sheet for each vendor proposal, which helped TOBEQ narrow down their choices to three or four vendors. After several rounds of meetings and software demonstrations, TOBEQ decided on a local firm in Laval. The project, which began in June 2018, is still ongoing with Alcero still providing related services on an hourly basis. The project cost TOBEQ between $60,000 and $100,000.
