The project began with a discovery meeting to understand TOBEQ's requirements. Alcero then developed a strategic plan and timeline for finding an optimal ERP vendor. After providing a shortlist and request for proposal (RFP) form, they helped TOBEQ engage with 3-4 vendors, eventually deciding on a local firm. The project, which began in June 2018, cost TOBEQ between $60,000–$100,000. The company continues to rely on Alcero for related projects on an hourly basis. The project was led by three people, including Alcero’s president who spearheaded the entire process. They were referred to Alcero by a past client in Montreal.
