Ajackus was hired by Link Square LLC, a ServiceNow consultancy, with the objective of setting up a scalable ServiceNow setup. The project involved optimizing costs around subscriptions, customizations, and integrations and ensuring that the ServiceNow work was tied directly to the business goals of the company. Ajackus was chosen for their high ratings, budget-friendly pricing, great culture fit, and aligned company values. The team of 20 from Ajackus successfully set up and configured a secure, scalable ServiceNow instance, customized ITSM modules, integrated ServiceNow with existing tools, optimized ITSM processes, implemented ITOM features, ran training sessions and handed over documentation, and provided advice on governance, release management, and future roadmap.

For the Medicines Patent Pool (MPP), a UN-backed organization, Ajackus was tasked with organizing a training on Power BI to help the organization better understand the tool and derive insights. The project aimed to create interactive dashboards, reports, and robust data models. Ajackus was chosen for their high ratings, budget-friendly pricing, great culture fit, and good value for cost. One Ajackus employee was assigned to this project and successfully carried out the training, helping MPP to better leverage the capabilities of Power BI.

Contifi, a company that helps film creators monetize their art, hired Ajackus to create their website and automate their backend processes. Ajackus was chosen for their budget-friendly pricing and company values that aligned with Contifi. The team of 6-10 employees from Ajackus successfully created a digital guarded marketplace for Contifi and automated the backend processes for their operations team. The marketplace included functionality for both sellers and buyers, with different flows and functionalities for each. An admin panel was also created for the internal team to approve profiles and listings and assist sellers and buyers in uploading their listings.
