AJ Digitals was engaged by Black Lion Trading, an importing company, to build an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. The company had identified a pressing need for an efficient workflow management system and designed an ERP solution thanks to AJ Digitals. Central to the delivery of this project was a dedicated team member from AJ Digitals who coordinated the entire project. Black Lion Trading found AJ Digitals through a referral and chose to work with them because of their shared company values and reasonable cost that fell within a sub-$10,000 budget.

The scope of the ERP system was massive, including sales and order management processes. One of the valuable features was an automated draft-to-confirmed order workflow, ensuring accurate pricing, tax, and total calculations on every order. It facilitated partial and full shipment tracking and accounted for customer returns with an automatic refund or credit, note handling. The technology also included branded PDF invoices and quotes generated on demand. Further, it provided multi-warehouse inventory and supplier management features, offering important tracking and purchasing solutions.

Through intense collaboration that lasted from June to August 2026, AJ Digitals implemented several other features in the ERP system. These included business insights and reporting capabilities, data tools, and document generation solutions, which kept paperwork consistent and reduced manual re-entry. It also had users, access, and administration controls to ensure the right people accessed the appropriate information. Overall, the partnership's outcome was a comprehensive ERP system that transformed day-to-day transactions into a real-time picture of the business.
