AIXTOR Technologies worked with Panamax Inc., a software technology company, to build a self-service portal for the telecommunications industry. The aim was to accommodate a growing customer base and streamline inefficient manual processes. AIXTOR leveraged their expertise in Liferay technology to assist with project management and product development. Despite the challenges of a lengthy software upgrade process, AIXTOR successfully created a portal that incorporated automated workflows, personalized dashboards, invoice and payment management systems, and self-service capabilities. The project, which began in January 2019, is ongoing and has cost approximately $300,000.
In 2021, AIXTOR Technologies partnered with Proventeq, a product and services company specializing in Sharepoint, to augment their staff for a large project. Proventeq required additional expertise in architecture work, project planning, delivery, bug fixes, and code quality improvement. AIXTOR's resources were onboarded at the execution stage of the project. They were instrumental in developing one of the most challenging functionalities, the R&D module, which involved complex backend integration between various systems. The project, which began in February 2021, continues to date and has cost between $50,000 and $200,000.
