Airvon was hired by Jazz, the largest digital telecom operator in Pakistan, to develop a social gaming platform. The project involved launching a platform, reaching out to partners, tracking product health, and initiating marketing activities. The team from Airvon, comprising of 6-10 members, was selected due to their high ratings, great culture fit, and good value for cost. They delivered on key milestones including the design and launch of a web and mobile app, integration of payment gateway, addition of partners and their HTML5 based games, and the development of a basic tournament system with rewards.

The scope of work also included the development of an MVP (Minimum Viable Product) for the gaming platform, GameNow. Airvon enhanced the UI/UX, added tournaments with push notifications, partnered with a popular game platform for live streaming, and created landing pages for new partners. They also introduced in-game currency, a daily streak system, and a dashboard for data analysis and revenue check for partners.
