Airteam

Airteam was hired by Macquarie University to conduct website information architecture research and design, student experience service design, and web usability research and testing. The team from Airteam, made up of 2-5 employees, worked on restructuring the research section of the University website, conducted several staff and student workshops, and presented insight reports at the department and director level. They also conducted an 18-month investigation into the student experience, conducting both qualitative and quantitative research and providing recommendations for improvements. Lastly, they conducted qualitative research interviews to review new designs for critical University web pages, providing recommendations for improvement. The University chose Airteam for their competitive pricing, great culture fit, good value for cost, and aligned company values.

In another project, Airteam was chosen by a healthcare company to build a new website and online booking widget for HBF Dental, and to clone, modify and integrate the booking widget for nib Dental and Pacific Smiles Dental. Again, a team of 2-5 employees from Airteam was assigned to this project. The primary deliverables included a top-tier, responsive, and dependable website and an online booking widget that required seamless integration with a third-party Practice Management System and a Microsoft Dynamics instance. Following the success of the primary project, the online booking widget was repurposed and implemented in two additional businesses with pre-existing websites. Airteam was chosen for this project due to their high ratings, competitive pricing, great culture fit, and good value for cost.
