Airteam

Airteam was contracted by Macquarie University to conduct website information architecture research and design, student experience service design, and web usability research and testing. The team of 2-5 employees worked on three major projects, including the research and architecture of the new infrastructure for the research section of the university's website. They conducted numerous workshops with staff and students to determine the best information architecture. They also investigated the current student experience, identifying positives and pain points, and provided recommendations for improvements. Lastly, they conducted qualitative research interviews with participants to review new designs of critical university web pages. The projects were successful and the insights and recommendations were presented at department and director level.

In another project, Airteam was hired by a healthcare company to build a new website and online booking widget for HBF Dental. They were also tasked to clone, modify and integrate the booking widget to nib Dental and Pacific Smiles Dental. The team of 2-5 employees developed a responsive and reliable website, along with an online booking widget. This widget was integrated with a third-party Practice Management System and a Microsoft Dynamics instance for the launch of a new business. The online booking widget was then repurposed and implemented in two additional businesses with pre-existing websites. The project was successful and met the client's expectations.
