Airiam

Airiam was hired by Drifting Sands, a beachfront hotel on Long Beach Island, to manage their IT services. The project involved configuring the hotel's front of house phones to ring as needed, setting up a voicemail system for off-season use, and providing access to the Vonage App. Airiam was referred to the hotel's General Manager who chose them for the project based on this recommendation. A single Airiam employee was assigned to the project, and they successfully delivered on all requirements, including configurable call flow, distribution, forwarding, and voicemail integration, all achieved within a short phone call. The client appreciated the efficiency and effectiveness of Airiam's services.
