AIRA Consulting Pvt. Ltd. was contracted by Nichem Solutions, a chemical company, to develop and implement a comprehensive HR system. The company lacked a system in place and was struggling to grow due to this deficiency. AIRA was instrumental in setting up and standardizing Nichem's production, accounts, and HR systems, essentially creating a framework where none existed before. They also implemented an ERP-like system to track employee and organizational performance. Following the successful implementation of these systems, AIRA ensured that all employees were adequately trained and the systems were strictly adhered to. The partnership, which began in 2016, continues to date with AIRA now providing strategic support to help Nichem take its business to the next level.

Tastel Fine Food Private Limited, a food production company, engaged AIRA Consulting Pvt. Ltd. to restructure its HR policies. The company was seeking a partner that could formulate and implement policies and foster a positive organizational culture through training, dialogues, and management review meetings (MRMs). AIRA's involvement included employee assessment, participation in the compilation of Key Result Areas (KRAs) and Job Descriptions (JDs), setting up Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) at the plant and head office, conducting training for new employees, and providing advisory services on scaling up operations. The successful collaboration involved two members from AIRA's team.
