The ambitious project encompassed full-stack development from back-end automation to cloud deployment. Agively Technologies introduced a data pipeline in the back end that automated the lead discovery utilizing the Apollo.io API, providing customization based on industry, company size, job title, and geographical location. The system further scored and filtered these leads, removing duplicates and complementing the information with confirmed emails and firmographic data. They also constructed an automated multistep sequence engine to manage follow-up scheduling and track sequence state, thus obviating the necessity for manual input.
Lastly, Agively Technologies successfully rolled out the fully completed stack onto a cloud platform, ensuring continuous uptime monitoring with alerts. To maintain the high standard of solution delivery, the team carried out comprehensive testing and quality assurance across all system layers. In the final handover, the Sensegrow team received complete code documentation and structured guidelines to manage the system on their own.
