AgilityFeat

AgilityFeat partnered with an entrepreneur to develop two websites. The first website was a social network for CrossFit enthusiasts. The second site was designed to encourage random acts of kindness among strangers. The entrepreneur, who lacked the time and skills to build these websites, considered AgilityFeat as a partner in creating these companies. The projects involved more than coding and software development. The teams brainstormed ideas, developed minimum viable products (MVPs), and planned for the launch and marketing of the sites. The projects, which cost between $10,000 and $25,000, were completed between December 2012 and July 2015.

AgilityFeat collaborated with the healthcare and wellness startup, Wellbeing Consult, to develop a scalable and secure MVP. The MVP was an online marketplace that connected mental health service providers with patients through live video consultations. The project was completed in eight weeks, from mid-January to mid-March 2015, and cost between $15,000 and $20,000. AgilityFeat provided a dedicated project manager, a UX/UI lead, and a team of coders whose skills matched the required technologies. The team also recommended the best technologies for the project and helped prioritize features. Despite being based in different countries, AgilityFeat's agile methods and distributed office allowed for easy collaboration.
