Agileful was hired by Odin 4.0, a turbine monitoring software company, to develop an MVP. The project involved front- and backend development, business logic, and server system selection to process large volumes of data. The final product, which is still in development, is designed to be user-friendly and intuitive with streamlined charts instead of complex metrics and graphs. The team at Agileful, which included a project manager, a frontend developer, a backend developer, and a machine learning specialist, was found through a co-working space in Berlin. The project cost between €15,000–€20,000.

HeyLama, an EdTech startup, outsourced their development work to Agileful for flexibility and expertise in developing an MVP. Agileful provided support in frontend work using JavaScript and React, and backend services using Node.js and AWS. They also provided a designer for design work. Agileful's team is integrated into HeyLama's internal team, attending standups and assisting with technical planning. The partnership, which began in May 2021, is ongoing and has cost around €20,000.

CollectClub, a fintech company, hired Agileful to increase capacity and develop an MVP for a new product. Agileful provided backend developers and frontend developers specializing in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and single page application. The solution involved building connections to accounting software as an add-on to CollectClub's main product. The engagement, which cost about €250,000, ran from October 2018 to January 2020. The termination of the project was not due to Agileful's performance.
