AgileEngine partnered with All4Cure, a digital health technology company, to refine and optimize their online platform for cancer patients, clinicians, and researchers. Despite the platform’s complex model, AgileEngine implemented necessary software changes, varied user permissions, and backend modifications over a 3-4 year period. The collaborative relationship was recommended by a friend who founded an AI company and has cost All4Cure around $120,000. The partnership, which began in March 2017, is still ongoing.

In another project, AgileEngine was hired by a company developing software for industrial workforce wearable technology. The goal was to rapidly scale the team and reconfigure it to meet various challenges. AgileEngine's team members became part of the client's internal team, working on software development projects that sometimes involved building new subsystems or components from scratch. The team size varied from 3-10 people based on workload. The partnership, which began in December 2015, continues to this day.

AgileEngine worked with an IT management solutions company to develop their MVP from scratch. The company, which could not afford to hire its own developers, needed AgileEngine to build a procurement automation platform for both the public and private sectors. The platform, built using Node.js for the backend and JavaScript for the frontend, is 100% cloud-native AWS. The team from AgileEngine consisted of four developers and one QA resource, costing the client $450,000 yearly. The partnership began in February 2019 and is still ongoing.
