AgentsOX dedicated their expertise to Shades of the Soul, a neurological consultation firm seeking to expand their client base without increasing staff. Faced with the challenge of transition from a time-based to a system-leverage model, AgentsOX was tasked with automating operations and turning knowledge into a product. They lived up to the task by building a custom website and transforming the firm's backend system using Cloudflare, a project that took from April to June 2026.

The company worked meticulously on the project, handling all aspects including design, planning, building, deploying and making adjustments according to Shades of the Soul's requests. Their dedication sought to ensure that the website was not only custom made for the client's needs, but also a high-performance site. This was achieved by just one dedicated team member from AgentsOX, proving their efficiency.

Shades of the Soul selected AgentsOX based on an online search. The choice was motivated by proximity, budget-friendliness, and value for cost. Importantly, the client also saw an alignment in values between them and AgentsOX. The engagement proved to be quite successful, positioning Shades of the Soul to achieve their goal of scaling up without adding extra headcount.
