AgencyQ completed a WordPress implementation and web development project for Ulmer & Berne, a corporate law firm. The law firm had terminated its relationship with a previous digital provider and needed a new, more user-friendly CMS. AgencyQ undertook the task of redesigning the entire site, migrating it to WordPress, and coding custom features. They also helped whittle down large amounts of static content, simplifying user navigation and enhancing the search feature. The project was a significant one, requiring at least half a dozen team members from AgencyQ, but the results were impressive. The law firm praised AgencyQ for their quick resolution of issues, their ability to work behind the scenes to improve the system, and their rapid pace in building new pages for a seamless transition when a new attorney joined the group.

AgencyQ was tasked with web design and implementing a new CMS for a major space telescope facility. The facility's main website was outdated and operated on an unsupported CMS. AgencyQ went through several brainstorming sessions, created design mockups, initial page wireframes, and a site map. They also audited the existing site to decide what to keep, revise, archive, or delete. The new site was completely restructured with new functionalities developed by AgencyQ, including dynamic components that auto-update or can be easily changed. The project is ongoing, with the first phase expected to roll out by the end of the year or the first quarter of 2018.

AgencyQ helped a global holding company upgrade its CMS platform from Sitecore 8.2 to Sitecore 9.3 with SXA. The team provided proposals, handled the UX/UI design implementation, and worked closely with the company for content entry and migration assistance. They also advised on site best practices and ADA compliance. In addition, they redesigned and implemented brand-new websites for five of the company's global holding sites. The project, which started in February 2020, is ongoing and the company has invested around $250,000 so far.
