Agency73 was contracted by Intuit to build a customizable customer chat interface for some of their products, and later to improve their call recording analytics process. The team at Agency73 created an ingestion path for Intuit's call recordings, enabling them to be migrated from the call recorder to speech analytics. They constructed a custom application to push all data to a single location for processing, setting up both a database server and an application server to run jobs and process data and media sets into a database. The application was built using a Linux-based operating system, with Spring Boot and Java used for the application coding. The project also involved transitioning the app to AWF (advanced wireless forms) and moving towards a server-free solution. The collaboration with Agency73 started in January 2017 and is ongoing, with an investment of between $600,000–$700,000 so far.
