Afidence

Afidence was contracted by a private university to provide cybersecurity services. The university was implementing active directory as their core systems management environment and required a comprehensive review of their practices to ensure all security risks were addressed. Afidence, recognized for their competence, expertise, and high integrity, conducted a detailed assessment of the university's directory services, systems, and policies. They then developed a roadmap of recommendations for successful migration to Active Directory. The project concentrated on security improvements, enterprise architecture improvements, and operational improvements. The project was led by a full-time AD expert, with support from two other expert resources.

A wealth management firm hired Afidence to conduct a high-level review of their current IT systems and integrations. The firm had built its own IT systems to serve its clients and wanted to empower other staff members to use these systems and integrations. Afidence, chosen for their great culture fit, value for cost, and aligned company values, provided a senior systems engineer to perform the review. The deliverables included an IT roadmap and a gap analysis of the current systems and integrations. The project was carried out by a team of 2-5 employees from Afidence.

Afidence was hired by a home healthcare company to upgrade their network environment. The company selected Afidence based on their previous engagement, great culture fit, good value for cost, and aligned company values. The scope of the project included replacing nine wireless access points, one firewall, and four UPS units. The project was successfully completed by a team of 2-5 Afidence employees.
