Affiniti AI was hired by Happence, a company that offers a range of wellbeing and mental health services, to create an interactive guide on their digital platform. The goal was to help users set personal goals and effectively utilize the resources available. Affiniti AI's blend of psychology, digital, and technical expertise coupled with their enthusiasm for the project made them the top choice for Happence. The project was conducted in four phases, starting with a pilot study and culminating in a 'Measure, Analyse, Improve' stage. Throughout the project, the teams from both companies worked in close collaboration, with Affiniti AI's team bringing unique insights and solutions to each step of the process. The project was successfully completed with the interactive guide going live on the client-facing web app.
