Affarit Studio

Affarit Studio was hired by Extol Com SRL, a Romanian business development company, to create a software solution for event organizers. The goal of the project was to simplify the connection between event participants via a mobile application and re-writable NFC tag. Affarit Studio developed a SaaS platform, Eventikon, which included various applications such as webpage creation, schedule creation, registration form creation, ticketing, and mobile app creation. The project also included the creation of the Eventikon website, logo, and other design elements. Affarit Studio's CEO served as the project manager, communicating daily with Extol Com SRL about the project's progress. The final product was received positively, with Extol Com SRL praising Affarit Studio for their creativity and full-service approach.

In another project, Affarit Studio was hired by the largest financial group in Romania to improve their social media presence. The goal was to manage and track hundreds of daily messages from clients in a timely and effective manner. Andras, from Affarit Studio, delivered the Hubspot CRM solution, which was implemented in just three days. He also organized a training session for the financial group's team to familiarize them with the new tool. The project was completed urgently and was successful in achieving the set goals, leading to a significant improvement in the company's social media presence.
