Affarit Studio

Affarit Studio was hired by Extol Com SRL, a Romanian business development company to create a software for event organizers. The software, Eventikon, was designed to facilitate the IT needs of organizers for conferences, meetings, seminars, exhibitions, and festivals. The main goal of the software was to ease the connection between participants using mobile phones and re-writable NFC tags. The software also included features for creating and editing the event's website, schedule, registration form, ticketing, and a mobile app. Affarit Studio also created the website for the project, the Eventikon logo, and other design elements. They also provided marketing advisement and composed promotional texts and posts for Eventikon on Facebook. The client praised Affarit Studio for their creative approach and the ideas they provided to improve the project.

In another project, Affarit Studio was hired by the largest financial group in Romania to enhance their social media presence. The goal was to cover 100% of the requests from social media in a timely and effective manner with their team of 10 community managers. Affarit Studio delivered the Hubspot CRM to help them organize, track, and manage the hundreds of messages they were receiving daily. The project was completed in just three days, and Affarit Studio also conducted a mini-training for the client's team on using the platform.
