Aeolus Data Solutions

Aeolus Data Solutions successfully completed a comprehensive project for Grace's Towel, a leading textile importer in the Pacific Northwest region. The company's objective was to build an infrastructure that would unify e-commerce and ad data, inventory and demand forecasting, and customer retention modeling. Aeolus was chosen due to its high ratings, great culture fit, and value for cost. A team of 2-5 members worked on the project, focusing on everything from auditing server-side tracking to deploying a cloud data warehouse using Terraform.

The scope of work was divided into four phases, aimed at creating an integrated data management system. In the first phase, Aeolus audited and implemented server-side tracking, building unified e-commerce schemas. Phase two involved constructing a cloud data warehouse and producing automated ELT connectors. In the third phase, models were built for blended ROAS/MER, customer RFM/LTV cohorts, and inventory reorder alerts. The final phase concluded with the creation of BI Dashboards and synchronization of customer segments to Klaviyo.

In terms of key deliverables, Aeolus Data Solutions performed exceptionally. They set up a Meta CAPI + GA4 tracking layer, built an IaC cloud lakehouse, created automated data pipelines, developed dbt transformation models, and established reverse ETL pipelines. Additionally, BI Dashboards were delivered for executive overview, marketing attribution, and inventory health reports. Documentation including a data dictionary, metrics catalog, and pipeline operations guide and runbooks were also provided. The company was satisfied with the professional services received and the project results.
