ADG

ADG was hired by Bayer, a pharmaceuticals company, to provide process consultation services. The engagement was aimed at updating Bayer's playbook and improving their process and practices. ADG's role was not to develop new features but to devise tools and methods to make Bayer's process more efficient when creating investable concepts. A facilitator and a visual recorder from ADG's team were involved in the project, conducting initial workshops, presentations, and further iterations based on Bayer's feedback. The project, which lasted from March to September 2020, was completed successfully with Bayer investing an amount within the $250,000–$500,000 range.

In another project, ADG provided business consulting services to 500 Startups, a venture capital firm. They were invited to be a part of 500Georgia, an acceleration program aimed at helping startups in Georgia and the Black Sea-Caucasus region improve their business techniques and skills. ADG worked with every startup in the program's four-month-long cohorts, advising founders, leaders, and teams on their product and growth strategy. The founder of ADG and a Business/Design Analyst were the main resources from the vendor's team involved in the project. The feedback from the program's leaders and the startups' teams was consistently positive, praising ADG for delivering above and beyond at every phase in both batches.
