ADG

ADG was hired by Bayer, a pharmaceutical company, to provide process consultation services. The objective was to create more efficient methods and tools for creating investable concepts. The project, which ran from March to September 2020, involved an initial series of workshops and a presentation to guide ADG. This was followed by edits and further iterations based on Bayer's feedback. A facilitator and a visual recorder from ADG were assigned to the project. The collaboration was deemed successful, with Bayer investing between $250,000 and $500,000 in the project.

In a separate project, ADG was invited by 500 Startups, a venture capital firm, to provide consulting services for their startup design, product, and growth strategies. The project was a part of 500Georgia, an acceleration program that gives tech startups in Georgia access to professional training and advice. ADG worked closely with every startup in the four-month-long program, advising founders, leaders, and teams on their product and growth strategy. The feedback from the program's leaders and the startups' teams was consistently positive, praising ADG for delivering above and beyond expectations at every phase.
