Adastra was hired by an agriculture company to optimize their inventory management solution. The project involved improving the performance and reliability of the company's inventory management system. Adastra's team, consisting of 2-5 employees, was involved from the analysis stage through to design, development, testing, delivery, and ongoing support and maintenance. The project's scope was achieved through a combination of code and environment optimization, as well as implementing a data archiving strategy through automation. Regular status meetups were utilized to drive bi-directional communication and to quickly address any unexpected discoveries throughout the project lifecycle.

Adastra was engaged by Skylight Health Group for AWS development and consulting. As a top AWS Data and Analytics Consulting partner, Adastra was chosen to build an analytics solution that allowed for data integration from various existing Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems and other data sources. Adastra developed a platform consisting of an AWS S3 Data Lake and an AWS Redshift Data Warehouse. The project began with a Cloud Solution Architect performing the initial requirements discovery and proposing a high-level solution architecture, followed by data engineers implementing the solution.

Adastra was hired by a large credit union institution to implement a modern data analytics and governance program. The project involved implementing a metadata repository and data profiling technology, prioritizing the development of reports, documenting critical data definitions and rules, and addressing data quality gaps. Adastra's team, part of a larger team of 15 people, also developed and implemented a Data Governance dashboard and implemented additional controls to ensure the accuracy of critical data. The successful completion of the project enhanced data-driven decision making across the organization and streamlined regulatory reporting.
