Adastra was hired by a large credit union institution to enhance their data analytics and governance program. As a long-term IT partner, Adastra implemented a metadata repository and data profiling technology, developed reports, documented critical data definitions and rules, and addressed data quality gaps. They also developed and implemented a Data Governance dashboard and implemented additional controls to ensure data accuracy. Adastra's consultants were part of a larger team of 15 people working on this project. The project was successful in streamlining regulatory reporting and enhancing data-driven decision making across the organization.

An agriculture company hired Adastra to optimize their inventory management solution. The Adastra team, consisting of 2-5 employees, was involved from the analysis stage through to design, development, testing, delivery, and ongoing support and maintenance. The project focused on improving the performance and reliability of the inventory management solution which tracks product from packaging to customer. This was achieved through code and environment optimization and implementing a data archiving strategy through automation. Regular status meetups were utilized to drive bi-directional communication and to quickly address unexpected discoveries throughout the project lifecycle.

BEDNAR FMT s.r.o., a manufacturer of agricultural machinery, engaged Adastra to standardize their planning process for a new line-based production structure. The Adastra team, consisting of 2-5 employees, conducted a detailed review of the operational model, identifying critical pain points in planning, supply, logistics, and warehouse management. They designed a fully digitized production planning process that defined key business workflows, technical elements, and necessary data sources. The core deliverable was an advanced AI-powered application built on the Adastra OptiSuite platform, capable of evaluating millions of scenarios within seconds. This solution has significantly reduced manual effort, improved flexibility, and automated the planning process.
