Active Strategy was hired by Satisfly, an e-commerce software company, to help address internal issues arising from the company's dynamic growth. The company was familiar with Active Strategy's work through their support for ITCorner, a cluster of IT companies. Active Strategy offered a tailored solution that involved a three-step process. First, employees and managers identified problems and proposed recommendations. Then, a strategic workshop was held to define the company's vision and organizational culture. Lastly, a roadmap of necessary changes was created. The project was carried out by a single consultant from Active Strategy, who worked closely with the Satisfly team from start to finish.
Sonalake, a software engineering company, engaged Active Strategy to increase leadership capacity and emotional intelligence within the company. Active Strategy was chosen based on their high ratings, referrals, and alignment with Sonalake's company values. The project involved creating and running a dedicated Leadership Academy for Sonalake's international team. The process began with a diagnosis of Sonalake’s culture, values, and structure, followed by the design of a program scope, and then an experimentation and improvement phase. After incorporating feedback from the participants, the program was expanded to include more groups. Two to five employees from Active Strategy were assigned to this project.
GlobalLogic Poland Sp. z o.o., a digital product engineering company, hired Active Strategy to instill confidence in participants assuming leadership roles and to reinforce a sense of ownership within the company. Active Strategy was chosen for their great culture fit, good value for cost, alignment with company values, and familiarity with the IT industry. The project involved conducting a needs assessment and designing a program that included training sessions in three primary areas: delivery and project management, leadership and people management, and sales and pre-sales. Despite external challenges, such as participants working in a war zone, the program was successfully implemented. The project was carried out by a single employee from Active Strategy.
