ACE Microtechnology also undertook a project for a manufacturer’s representative in the United States, specializing in recycling, winding equipment, and laminating/coating equipment. The company wanted a centralized location for all their documents, units, operations, and quotes that were previously scattered across different Microsoft Excel sheets and files. After considering several options, they chose ACE Microtechnology for their understanding of the company’s requirements. The project is yet to be fully completed but has made significant progress, with the first phase having been completed about four weeks ago. This project involves integrating a Microsoft CRM system to familiarize new salespersons with the company's products and process and to get existing employees involved.
