Accend Networks

Accend Networks was contracted by ITECH Solutions to assist with network expansion for their largest client. The client was onboarding a significant number of remote users following a company acquisition and required multiple VPN connections to the central office. Accend Networks recommended and implemented a Cisco connection to handle the increased workload and advanced configurations. The engagement began in September 2017 and remains ongoing, with less than $10,000 spent to date.

Accend Networks has been providing IT consulting services to Notre Dame, a private all-girls high school in San Jose, for the past five years. The school, which operates on a bring-your-own-device model, needed a strong Wi-Fi signal across the campus. Accend Networks conducted a thorough examination of the signal coverage and designed a comprehensive plan to ensure seamless connectivity. They also upgraded and duplicated the school's firewall to provide a backup system, which has performed flawlessly. The school invests between $10,000 and $20,000 annually in Accend Networks' services.

Adaptive Spectrum and Signal Alignment (ASSIA), a provider of broadband solutions to telecom companies, has been working with Accend Networks since June 2015. Accend Networks is ASSIA's primary contractor for IT-related networking tasks. They initially assisted with site-to-site customer VPN setups and later handled the transition to Cisco Meraki for ASSIA's core switch and firewall during a headquarters relocation. The engagement remains ongoing, with ASSIA investing between $25,000 and $30,000 to date.
