Highlights from Recent Projects
Academy collaborated with CBRE Build, a branch of a globally recognized commercial real estate firm, to create a software tool to automate the client's understanding of their workplace needs. The project began with a visioning session and evolved into a creative phase where Academy proposed several design ideas. The final product was a user-friendly tool, complete with all necessary documentation and assets for the client's internal development team. The project began in October 2017 and was completed in May 2018, with an investment of $50,000-$100,000 on the part of the client.
In a different project, Academy partnered with a software-as-a-service (SaaS) company to run Design Sprint workshops for their end clients. The workshop was conducted by Academy's founder, Adam, who provided tactics and tools for implementing the sprint methodology. The partnership began in October 2017 and is still ongoing. Academy is currently exploring other consulting options with the SaaS company, further expanding their collaboration.
Lastly, Academy delivered a series of workshops for a pharmaceutical company aimed at enhancing the company's understanding of design. The workshops included a one-day session where an expert speaker from Academy provided an introduction to experience design. The workshop was part of an ongoing series, with the first one taking place in September 2018. The client found Academy through LinkedIn and decided to engage their services based on their expertise.
