Academia Testarii

Academia Testarii was hired by Secom to conduct website testing prior to its launch. The project owner, the Digital Manager, chose Academia Testarii due to a successful past collaboration with the team. The company's task was to create both manual and automated tests for the redesigned workflows, which included user flows and backend bugs. Two lead resources from Academia Testarii were assigned to the project. The client expressed satisfaction with the team's meticulous attention to detail and the successful completion of the project.

In another project, Academia Testarii was engaged by Inteo IT Development to improve the quality of their software, train their quality assurance staff, and enhance their internal processes for better development quality. The company was chosen due to its high ratings, great culture fit, and aligned company values. Academia Testarii was tasked with organizing and reproducing hard-to-find issues in the developed product, training the QA staff to better identify problems, and editing the internal processes to prioritize quality as a key metric. The project involved 2-5 employees from Academia Testarii and resulted in a suite of test cases, steps to reproduce the most challenging issues on mobile apps, a workshop with the internal QA staff, and enhanced internal processes. The client was pleased with the outcome and the value added by Academia Testarii to their operations.
