The selection of AbyM Technology was based on their impressive final proposal, willingness to train the HSBP team post-launch, and a reasonable price point. The project involved a series of discovery meetings, mockups, design iterations, and the development of wireframes and concepts for various pages, including an updated "contact us" form. AbyM Technology assigned a project manager to HSBP who served as their main contact throughout the project, supported by a team of two frontend and two backend developers, and a quality assurance resource.
