AboutHR

AboutHR provided HR services for Metro Cash & Carry Ukraine, a retail company with over 100,000 employees across Europe and Asia. The company was struggling to fill vacant positions and AboutHR stepped in to help by conducting soft interviews with potential candidates and forwarding their information to Metro. The collaboration started in July 2017 and continues to date. Due to the success of their work, AboutHR has become the main supplier of HR services for Metro, extending their partnership to other areas such as IT, real estate, and supply chain.

In another project, AboutHR worked with Skelia, an IT company that provides software services to international customers. Skelia was having difficulties finding recruiters with good English-language skills in Ukraine. AboutHR helped them recruit new team members with the required skills, with the internal team at Skelia handling the onboarding process. The engagement lasted from October 2021 to February 2022 and resulted in an investment of $10,000–$25,000 by Skelia in AboutHR's services.

AboutHR was also hired by an e-commerce agency to recruit Magento developers in Europe. The agency was looking for an expert in recruiting in European countries and AboutHR fit the bill. After comparing several recruiting agencies in Europe, the agency chose AboutHR for their expertise in searching for developers in many different countries. AboutHR conducted screenings to check English level, soft skills, and salary expectations of potential candidates. The agency was satisfied with AboutHR's work approach, pricing, and payment policies.
