Ability Network undertook a project for an IT consulting firm that specializes in healthcare, fintech, and electronic medical claims processing. The challenge was to improve the integration with electronic medical records (EMR) and electronic health records (EHR) to better track, log, record, and process insurance claims and patient eligibility. To address this, Ability Network created EMR and EHR integrations for a dental group the firm was partnered with. This enabled them to confirm patient eligibility, benefits, and coverage, providing the client with various financially sound options.
