Aays Analytics was hired by a fleet management company to migrate hundreds of BI reports from a system that was scheduled for decommissioning. The company had a tight deadline and needed a seamless transfer with no dependencies on the old system. Aays Analytics initially reverse-engineered the company's sparsely documented solution and built several Power BI data models to match their legacy system. They then developed an embedding and scheduling framework based on the company's inputs and requirements. Aays worked closely with stakeholders to ensure that the customer-facing delivery was refined and of high quality. The team fluctuated between 3 and 10 members as demand changed, with roles ranging from project managers to data scientists and software developers.
