Aays Analytics was hired by a fleet management company to migrate an extensive collection of BI reports from a soon-to-be decommissioned system. The first task was to reverse engineer the existing, poorly documented solution, which Aays successfully accomplished and then proceeded to build several Power BI data models that mirrored the legacy system. The team then developed an embedding and scheduling framework based on the client's inputs and requirements. Aays also worked closely with stakeholders to ensure the customer-facing delivery was polished and of high quality. The number of resources from Aays' team varied between 3 and 10 as demand changed, with roles including project manager, data engineers, BI developers, data scientists, and software developers. The project was executed efficiently, meeting the tight deadline, and the client was highly satisfied with the results.
