Aays Analytics was hired by a fleet management company to migrate hundreds of BI reports from a system that was scheduled for decommissioning. The task had a tight deadline and required Aays Analytics to ensure no dependencies to the old system remained following the migration. Aays first reverse-engineered the company's sparsely documented solution and built several Power BI data models to match the legacy system. Following this, they developed an embedding and scheduling framework based on the company's inputs and requirements. They worked extensively with stakeholders to ensure the customer-facing delivery was refined and of high quality. The Aays team, which fluctuated between 3 and 10 members as demand changed, consisted of a project manager, data engineers, BI developers, data scientists, and software developers. The feedback from the fleet management company was positive, highlighting Aays' ability to meet the tight deadline and deliver a high-quality solution.
