Aavis Studio

Aavis Studio was hired by Biye Media, an interior design firm, to complete the office interior. The company found Aavis Studio through an online search and chose them due to their close geographic location, budget-friendly pricing, great cultural fit, and alignment of company values. A team of 6-10 employees from Aavis Studio was assigned to this project. The scope of work included an initial design meeting to understand the client's style, budget, and needs. This was followed by the creation and presentation of a design concept, including a mood board and a basic layout for the space. Once the initial concept was approved, Aavis Studio created detailed plans, including floor plans with furniture placement, selection of all materials and finishes, and preparation of a full set of drawings for the contractors to follow. The final stage of the project involved project management, with Aavis Studio overseeing the ordering of all furniture and materials, managing contractors, and visiting the site to ensure the work was on track and matched the design. The client was highly satisfied with the results.
