AAR Partners assisted an education technology company in transitioning from a B2B model to a B2C model. They started by understanding the company's needs and timeline, and then dispatched a detailed assessment to understand the company's requirements, issues with the current provider, and future plans. AAR Partners developed a detailed RFI and sent it to various organizations. They ranked the organizations into three tiers: top-tier, mid-tier, and not qualified. They helped the company narrow down 13 companies to a core group of six and provided materials to set up individual meetings with each of these organizations. The engagement started in February 2022 and is ongoing.

For ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers, AAR Partners helped identify a new agency of record. They set up three phases for the project: discovery, development, and final decision. In the discovery phase, they helped assess the criteria for a new agency partner and developed an initial list of agencies closely aligned with the company. They also provided a matrix and scorecard to hone in on the agency that would meet the business needs. The next phase involved Q&A sessions and interactive strategic and creative sessions with semi-finalists and finalists. AAR Partners provided guidance throughout the process and facilitated questions, feedback, and clarifications. The project lasted from December 2020–April 2021.

AAR Partners worked with CreditStrong, a division of Austin Capital Bank, to find a new marketing agency that could help with product launches, branding, and product positioning. They interviewed potential agencies and the client to fill in knowledge gaps and find the perfect partner. AAR Partners developed an RFP for marketing agencies based on the client's criteria, which was sent to almost 70 agencies. They narrowed down the options to 20 pre-screened agencies, chose six finalists, and ultimately chose the perfect partner for the client. AAR Partners ran the entire process, ensured the right questions were asked during interviews, discussed uncomfortable topics, and helped negotiate the final agreement. The engagement started around June 2022 and lasted for four months.
