The design phase involved creating mock-ups for main and inner pages which were refined to the coalition's satisfaction. The site was then developed in phases, allowing for beta testing before the final launch. The coalition worked directly with the two owners of A3 Creative Solutions, one acting as the account manager and the other as the designer/developer.

The owner of a media company hired A3 Creative Solutions for web design and implementation.
