A17 was hired by an XR development studio to enhance their pricing algorithms and client segmentation for better Lifetime Value (LTV) goals. The studio chose A17 due to their quick understanding of the problem and their timely and professional interaction. A17’s team, consisting of an architect, a machine learning engineer, a data engineer, DevOps, and QA, along with PMs and administrators, developed a forecasting model and algorithm. The studio provided a base sample of their database for A17 to ascertain if their LTV forecasting could be done with the provided data. After confirmation, A17 implemented their solution to the entire database and conducted several iterations to correct and optimize the model. After a 4 week testing mode, the forecasting service was put into production. The entire implementation took 12 weeks, with all issues resolved and questions cleared.
