The objective was to ensure that real fans, rather than scalpers, got early access to these tickets. 8th Light's role included both back-end and front-end development, using Android and iOS. They provided leadership and architectural decision-making for the project team, which also included 6 or 7 in-house staff. The project required the development of user-facing applications from scratch, although these tied into pre-existing functionalities such as logins and account management. The project was initiated in early 2016 and concluded in December 2016.
