8bitstudio® undertook a project for the Minnesota State Transportation Center of Excellence, an educational organization that collaborates with state colleges and universities within Minnesota. The organization required a comprehensive online platform to provide information to its users. To address this need, 8bitstudio® developed a content-rich website from scratch using WordPress. The team, consisting of four developers and designers, created the site's architecture and provided guidelines for content creation. They also designed the website and delivered wireframes. The project, which ran from January to September 2018, resulted in a robust and user-friendly website.

In a different project, 8bitstudio® collaborated with Sunrise Banks to develop and design a microsite. The financial institution wanted its impact report to be available in a digital format alongside its usual printed booklet. 8bitstudio® created a sitemap, mood boards, and a design that mirrored the printed booklet. They worked closely with the bank's in-house designer to ensure that the brochure reflected the microsite. The team came up with ideas to create an interactive experience rather than just a static page. The project, which ran from March to June 2021 and cost over $50,000, resulted in a highly interactive and visually appealing microsite.

For CenBank, a community bank, 8bitstudio® was hired to design and develop a new dynamic website that would be easy to manage. The team, consisting of 2-5 employees, delivered a website that exceeded the bank's expectations. The project was completed within the agreed timeline and budget. Factors such as geographic proximity, budget-friendly pricing, great culture fit, good value for cost, and alignment of company values led to 8bitstudio® being chosen for the project. The result was a user-friendly and visually appealing website that met all of the bank's requirements.
