7Things sp. z o.o. was contracted by a public sector financial company to provide consulting and market research services. The financial company, which is responsible for printing banknotes, issuing documents like passports and IDs, and supporting students with IT systems, sought to increase their knowledge of payment standards recently introduced into European legislation. To address this, 7Things conducted two online workshops on the EU directive PSD 2. The workshops, which were tailored to both technical staff and business stakeholders, were held online due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The engagement, which took place from March to April 2020, was facilitated through a personal contact and cost a few thousand Polish złoty. The client had a single point of contact at 7Things and was able to review the workshop materials ahead of time.
