The startup company, led by the COO, aimed to drive packaging decisions for each release and assess the level of outside investment required. 7Factor's technical architect worked collaboratively with the startup's internal team, which was split between Atlanta and Colorado. Using online tools, they discussed wireframes and proposed features, estimated the work required, and provided recommendations on user stories. The project resulted in a better understanding of application components, facilitating informed decision-making for releases and investments.

HandyTrac, a key-tracking platform, hired 7Factor Software to modernize their 20-year-old, outdated codebase. The project involved rewriting all the code from the ground up for HandyTrac's platform, which tracks and controls sets of keys. The 7Factor team, consisting of about ten people, also set up the infrastructure to ensure proper load balancing. The revamped platform now connects over the web to reports, logging, control access, and HandyTrac's internal admin dashboard and ticketing system. The project, which cost just under $1,000,000, was successfully completed, resulting in a modern, efficient, and smoothly-running platform.

Verdocs, a SaaS company offering e-signature solutions, engaged 7Factor Software for a DevOps task to set up a pipeline and build a continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) system. The goal was to devise a CI/CD solution and implement it in Verdocs' infrastructure. The project was led by Richard from 7Factor, with supervision from Jeremy. The team held daily meetings to sync up about the progress and challenges. The project was successfully completed and delivered on time, resulting in an efficient CI/CD solution for Verdocs.
