The Poetry Foundation in Chicago partnered with 5:00 Films & Media to produce video content for their summer virtual teachers’ institute. The team at 5:00 Films & Media, including the owner and two producers, recorded presentations, managed live streams, conducted live Q&A sessions, and developed creative assets for the videos that reflected the Poetry Foundation's branding. The collaboration lasted from May to July 2022. The client had worked with 5:00 Films & Media on a previous project and trusted their expertise for this engagement.

A nonpartisan and nonprofit center for leadership and intellectual development engaged 5:00 Films & Media for video production services. The team of four from 5:00 Films & Media, including the CEO, a senior creative, a creative director, and a producer, were provided with extensive background information about the organization and its goals. The team then created a thank you video for the organization's founders, which was shown at a reunion, and a fundraising video, which was sent to donors to raise money for their programs. The videos utilized interviews with staff members, fellows, and founders. The engagement, which began in June 2023, is ongoing and has cost around $30,000 so far. The client chose 5:00 Films & Media after researching companies online and sending out multiple RFPs.
