4mation Technologies was hired by Steel Builders, the largest supplier of steel to the domestic housing market in New South Wales, to migrate their website from Magento to Shopify. The goal was to have a user-friendly platform that could be easily managed by all internal teams, refresh the website's look, and improve monthly revenue and conversion rates. The 4mation team, composed of a Head of Strategy, a Developer, and a Senior Business Development Manager, built the Shopify website from scratch, migrated all products from Magento, and integrated third-party apps for price calculation of complex products. They also developed a new quote request form and resolved issues identified in a post-launch audit.
