Highlights from Recent Projects
475 Cumulus collaborated with Frisimos, a company specializing in flexible cable assembly lines, to design and implement software architecture using Python tools. The team at 475 Cumulus developed a generic software for each of Frisimos' six machines, which was later tailored for specific needs. The software was integrated into the machines and interacted with every piece of hardware, ensuring the machines' optimal functioning. The algorithms were developed and inserted into a platform and environment entirely built by 475 Cumulus. The partnership began in February 2019 and is still ongoing, with the CEO of Frisimos mainly interacting with the company owner of 475 Cumulus.
475 Cumulus was hired by a leading automotive company to address major architectural issues in their existing MVP and boost it to a functional level. The team designed a new database architecture and split the MVP into modules. They also added several missing features, including authentication, auditing, search, and devops. The automotive company selected 475 Cumulus due to their familiarity with the company's technological stack and their fair pricing. The development team was composed of multiple contractors working remotely and one in-house developer.
In a project with a 3D CAD software provider, 475 Cumulus developed new features for an education web application. The application portal was designed for teachers and students to utilize 3D design tools, with step-by-step guides. 475 Cumulus provided front-end and back-end development as well as architectural support for the application. The project, built in Python and Jingle, with AngularJS for the front-end, was carried out primarily by the Managing Director of 475 Cumulus. The project began in 2014 and ended in 2015.
