3rd Street Films

3rd Street Films and PACE Southeast Michigan, a non-profit health organization, partnered on video production for the latter's fundraising events. The video project sought to depict a mini-documentary for increasing the effectiveness of the fundraising events. The 3rd Street Films team comprised of 2 to 5 members was in charge of production, including filming and editing. The company was chosen over others due to their high ratings, location advantages, budget-friendly pricing, impressive company culture, and value for cost.

The collaboration started in February 2026 and is still active. The choice of partnering with 3rd Street Films, stemmed from a referral, and was solidified by their geographic proximity and the alignment of their values with those of PACE's. The scope of their collaborations has always been well-defined, encapsulating videography and editing primarily. The effectiveness of their agreement has proven to be an enabler for PACE to remain independent.
