The team from 3PLNext, comprising of 2-5 employees, was tasked with the responsibility of shipping the company's products.

Check Depot, a provider of high-quality business checks and banking supplies, engaged 3PLNext to set up a system that could handle large SKU volumes, improve inventory accuracy, and streamline order fulfillment. The company found 3PLNext through a referral and a LinkedIn post and chose them due to their good value for cost and alignment with the company's values. 3PLNext assigned 2-5 employees to this project and successfully set up and configured Check Depot's Warehouse Management System (WMS), created picking and packing workflows, and integrated their eCommerce platforms. They also trained the staff and continue to provide support.

Revolve, a next-generation fashion retailer for Millennial and Generation Z consumers, hired 3PLNext to implement a system that could consolidate all warehouse processes, including inbound receipts, outbound orders, and kitting, while improving accuracy and tracking for admin and staff users. Revolve found 3PLNext through an online search and a referral and selected them due to their great culture fit, good value for cost, and the referral. A team of 2-5 employees from 3PLNext implemented their WMS across Revolve's warehouse, set up inbound receiving with SKU checks, outbound shipping with picking strategies, and kitting workflows for bundled products. They also configured dashboards for real-time operations monitoring.
