3Advance worked with Brightn, a Gen Z mental wellness app, to develop their mobile application. The CEO of Brightn, who had no prior experience with tech startups, chose 3Advance for their expertise in this area. The project involved a thorough discovery process and regular strategy meetings to come up with a prototype. The app, now available on iOS and Android, allows young adults to self-assess and build their own mental wellness plan. It focuses on health, wealth, and purpose, using AI, ChatGPT integration, and a gamified UX to accomplish this. Throughout the project, the Brightn team interacted with 3–4 teammates from 3Advance, including a project lead. The project started in December 2022 and the prototype was launched in September 2023.

3Advance was hired by Engage Behavior Analysis, LLC to develop the No Weigh app. The company found 3Advance on the Clutch site and chose them because their company values aligned. The project involved 6-10 employees from 3Advance and included the development of the native app for Apple and Android using React Native, the development of the visual brand, all UX/UI design, and continued support following the launch.
