2CENTS UX Strategy and Design Agency was contracted by M-Systems in 2000 to design and develop a website for their newly launched USB flash drive. The challenge was to create a user-friendly platform that would educate consumers on the significance of the new technology, as most were still using floppy discs at the time. The agency designed the website's UI for both B2B and B2C audiences, which included end users and resellers. Despite the technological limitations of the time, such as the lack of online video and flash design, the team managed to create an effective and compelling homepage. They worked closely with the product management team, asking questions about the product's highlights and efficiency, as well as the company's goals for the drive. The team consisted of a project manager, two or three designers, an HTML team, and the head of the company. Despite the higher costs, M-Systems chose 2CENTS UX Strategy and Design Agency for their professionalism, commitment to delivery, and innovative approach. The partnership lasted from 2000 to 2008.
