The team of 6-10 employees worked with the company's architect to design the facility, focusing on workflow efficiency, lighting, benching, extraction labs, and post-harvest processes. They also assisted in equipment vendor selection, providing additional information and input to aid in decision-making. The team provided extensive spreadsheets detailing plant counts, water usage, and yearly consumables, as well as financial and revenue models. Weekly meetings were held to discuss progress and answer questions. Sussex Cultivation, a craft quality licensed cannabis producer in New Jersey, engaged 2Bridges Cannabis Design for consulting services and to build relationships.
